2,048 Mansion and Bayou guest rooms are all the same size. Each room has 2 double beds and 963 of the rooms have trundle beds which are designed for children. An additional fee of $15 per night is included with the trundle.

All buildings have 2 or 3 floors but only the Mansions have elevators. Rooms are a little small but can fit 4 guests. Rooms include a refrigerator and coffee maker.
The bayou rooms surround Ol' Man Island. This is a 3 1/2 acre recreational area with a pool, playground, and fishing hole.
